Neutral: Our Neutral shades suit those with cool peach undertones. Our Neutral range is slightly more yellow than Cool shades, but still falls on the cooler end of the spectrum when compared to Beige or Warm.

Beige: Beige range works with most neutral peach undertones. It’s slightly warmer than our Neutral range, but not quite as golden-toned as our Warm range. If Olive shades are close, but not quite right, you will find a match with Beige.

Warm: Our Warm shades of Satin Matte Foundation flatter those with a subtle yellow undertones. If you find that foundation shades sometimes appear pink on your skin, our Warm range will be the match for you.

Olive: If you try Neutral shades or Beige shades and find that they aren't quite right, Olive may be the match for you. Our Olive line usually suits those with neutral brown undertones. Please note that Olive shades run deeper than other undertones.

Perfect purchase!!

This set is amazing! I was able to find my perfect shade, plus my “winter” shade - and now have several samples to use as eye shadows or to gift to curious friends. Also - the brush … wow! My fav. If you haven’t tried this foundation, go for it! I have very sensitive skin, and this feels nourishing - melts in seamlessly, and lasts allllll day - even through pool swims. Bravo/a!!

The shade range is actually not that vast.

I liked being able to purchase sample sizes to test out different shades but it’s an overstatement saying there everyone has a match. Many companies are not good at producing foundation for pale warm skin tones (Siberia) and Alima Pure is one of them, unfortunately. I attempted mixing shades, swatching them on my jawline, and even laying out to get a tan to deepen my skin tone but the lightest shades were still much to pink/(pink)brown or yellow and when mixed started oxidizing into brown/orange. The fairest shade is cool 1 which is a blatant white and pink mix. The makeup is drying and is not waterproof and will cake with sweat, but it has decent coverage that seems buildable. The warm 1 is just yellow/gold, and the neutral is heavy on the bronzish pink. The olive 0 showed promise but oxidized dark. Maybe starting out with more bases of white will improve the shade range. If you’re red-haired with blatant pale pink skin, or someone with pink undertones who lives in a sunny climate this may work for you, but don’t count on any options for warm porcelain tones.
