WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday with the exception of national holidays.
After placing your Alima Pure order you will be sent a receipt and order summary via email. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Once shipped, you will receive a second email with a delivery confirmation number, if available.
We encourage you to sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to find out when coupon codes and other promotional offers are available. Please note, only one coupon code may be applied per order.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
We send an order confirmation and tracking number to the email address used when the placed order was placed. For orders paid for with Amazon or PayPal, this will be the email associated with your Amazon or PayPal account. Still don't see the confirmation? Try checking your junk or Spam folder. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM? / WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to love your Alima Pure products. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase*, please fill out this returns form within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return.
Please allow two weeks from the date you ship your return for us to fully process your refund. Please note that shipping fees are nonrefundable and return shipping fees are not covered by Alima Pure. ARE MINERAL COSMETICS NATURAL/ ORGANIC?
All ingredients used in our formulations are created from natural minerals and mineral pigments that are carefully refined in laboratories to very specific standards set by the FDA and the European Cosmetic Directive. Our titanium dioxide and zinc oxide are pure untreated minerals. We always choose the very purest ingredients available for our products.
Actually, it is inorganic - mineral-based vs. plant or animal-based. What this means is that our pure mineral makeup does not require preservatives or pesticides. It is also naturally chemical free.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN NANO-PARTICLES?
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY-FREE?
Absolutely none of our products are tested on animals. Without exception.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
All of our powder products are completely vegan.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN FREE?
All of our products are formulated without gluten-containing ingredients. However, only our loose powder products are created in a designated gluten free facility.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS NUT FREE?
All of our loose powder products are nut free, as is our Lip Tint, Pressed Foundation with Rosehip Antioxidant Complex, and Natural Definition Mascara. However, only our loose powder products are created in a designated nut free facility.
HOW CAN I GET HELP CHOOSING COLORS?

HOW LONG DOES A JAR OF MINERAL FOUNDATION LAST?
You can expect your jar of mineral foundation to last 4-6 months.
DOES ALIMA PURE MINERAL FOUNDATION CONTAIN SUNSCREEN?
Two of the primary ingredients in Alima Pure Satin Matte Foundation are natural, physical sunblocks. It has been our experience (and many customers have shared this as well) that Satin Matte Foundation provides enough coverage for incidental sun exposure. If you will be getting a lot of sun, we recommend sunscreen. Even when makeup contains SPF very few women apply makeup thickly enough to go without sunscreen.
