HOW DO SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK?

A subscription allows you to receive your favorite products at a discounted price at a consistent frequency. Once you’ve subscribed, you will be in complete control of your subscription. You can change the products you receive, the frequency you receive them or even your next shipping date at any time. In addition, you can update your address, cancel your subscription, or skip a shipment at any time simply by logging into your account.

CAN I MODIFY/CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Absolutely! You can manage your recurring subscriptions by logging into your account. You can cancel your recurring subscription after the second recurring charge. You can also email us at customercare@alimapure.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

Your first charge occurs at sign-up. Monthly subscriptions renew on the same day each month, or the last day of the month if there's no corresponding date in shorter months. For example, if you buy a monthly subscription product on January 31, the subscription will renew on February 28, then March 31.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY BILLING OR SHIPPING INFORMATION?

You can update your shipping information by logging into your account. You can also email us at customercare@alimapure.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

CAN I RESCHEDULE/DELAY MY NEXT SHIPMENT?

Of course! Log into your account and click ‘Manage Subscription’ on whichever product you’d like to reschedule or delay. You can also email us at customercare@alimapure.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES?

No, there are no additional fees. You only pay for your monthly subscription fee plus shipping and any applicable taxes.

CAN I RETURN MY SUBSCRIPTION ITEMS?

We do not accept returns on subscriptions items. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or missing from your shipment. If an item arrives damaged please send an email to customercare@alimapure.com within 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to assist.

I JUST PLACED A SUBSCRIPTION ORDER BUT I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL IT?

Although you can manage your subscriptions through your account you'll need to contact customercare@alimapure.com if you wish to cancel your order. Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellation once your order has been fulfilled.
