Absolutely LOVE this rosegold highlighter! I am 73 yr old blonde and I have used the matte foundation minerals for a number of years, which I also love. I change out shades depending on seasons and depending on my tan. After applying the mineral foundation and my cheek blush, I lightly brush some rosegold highlighter all over face as a finish. It gives me a soft healthy glow but not a sparkle look. You could easily build on it if you desire more glow. I am so glad I tried it.
This adds a subtle sheen and glow to my cheekbones. Not too sparkly. For reference, I’m 41 and wear Beige 3. I bought lumina.
I am very happy with my highlighter! I would defiantly recommend this product to my friends etc..
Beautiful subtle shimmer!
This gives a very subtle shine as a highlighter. I am over 60 so I don’t like a highlighter that screams “I am wearing highlighter”. I had my doubts about this when it arrived because looking in the container you see the shimmer. However, when applied it is very subtle. If you prefer more highlight I think it would be buildable. My only suggestion for Alima would be to sell it in a container 1/2 the size. It is in the same size container as the powder foundation. For the majority of those that purchase this, I feel, it will expire way before it is even close to being empty.
My favorite highlighter
This is my second time purchasing this highlighter in Lumina. I think it is a perfect champagne shade to wear over my blush (usually Apple Blossom).
