Introducing the In Bloom Collection – Winter 2014 Makeup Sets

When the holidays are over, it seems that we immediately begin wishing for spring, flowers and warmer weather. Alima Pure introduces the In Bloom Collection to help satisfy the need for beautiful blossoms during the wintertime. The collection features two beautiful new Luminous Shimmer Blush shades that will soon be joining our permanent line-up, but are available now as makeup trio sets paired with two gorgeous complementary eyeshadows.

Lily and Zinnia are not quite as shimmery as the other Luminous Shimmer Blushes, and have a little more color payoff. (If you were lucky enough to score our Black Friday GWP in 2012, you got to try sneak-peek minis of these shades.)

  • Lily is a pale, warm peach with hints of copper.
  • Zinnia is a deep rose with golden shimmer.

To accompany these beautiful new mineral blushes, we have created two stunning shadows that are perfect for your “can’t wait for spring” looks.

  • Jasmine is a pale peach shimmer, a perfect base shade for warming up your makeup look after winter
  • Pansy is a deep, blue-based purple matte, an excellent shade to contour or line.

Both of these shadows can be worn with either new blush shade to create a fresh look for spring. The Lily Trio and the Zinnia Trio are on sale now for $36 each—a savings of 20% off regular retail price!

How to Wear the In Bloom Collection:

Apply Jasmine from lashes to brow with the #37 Eye Blending Brush.  Using the #39 Large Shadow Brush, apply a bit of Lily or Zinnia in the crease of the eye, and blend upwards.  Then use the #36 Pointed Crease Brush to apply some Pansy at the outer corner of the eye and blend up and into the crease.  With a damp #33 Angle Liner Brush, apply a thin line of Pansy to the upper lash line.  Add one or two coats of Natural Definition Mascara in Black or Brown.

Use the #17 Blush Brush to apply either Lily or Zinnia to the apples of your cheeks, and blend up and back along the cheekbone towards the hairline.  Finish the look with a dusting of Satin Finishing Powder in the best shade for your skin, and a coat of Sweet Pea Lip Tint.
