Cool: Our Cool range has the broadest range of depth with foundation shades for the fairest skin tones and deepest skin tones. Our Cool shades match well with slightly pink undertones.

Neutral: Our Neutral shades suit those with cool peach undertones. Our Neutral range is slightly more yellow than Cool shades, but still falls on the cooler end of the spectrum when compared to Beige or Warm.

Beige: Beige range works with most neutral peach undertones. It’s slightly warmer than our Neutral range, but not quite as golden-toned as our Warm range. If Olive shades are close, but not quite right, you will find a match with Beige.

Warm: Our Warm shades of Satin Matte Foundation flatter those with a subtle yellow undertones. If you find that foundation shades sometimes appear pink on your skin, our Warm range will be the match for you.

Olive: If you try Neutral shades or Beige shades and find that they aren't quite right, Olive may be the match for you. Our Olive line usually suits those with neutral brown undertones. Please note that Olive shades run deeper than other undertones.

Much smaller product

I was dissapointed to receive my new foundation to replace the one I ran out of because the container is half the size. Additionally, it is very difficult to shake out the powder to use it, perhaps there is not enough empty space? Thankfully the product is the same quality, but I was put off by the change.

Smaller size!? More expensive?

I’ve used and loved this foundation for years. It’s been my all time favorite sadly I will no longer be purchasing this it’s no longer affordable. How could they make it a whole 2 grams less it’s tiny and more expensive? I just don’t get it. With no warning or consideration to what have been loyal customer's.

My go-to foundation

I have very sensitive skin, and no matter how “non-comedogenic” or “hypoallergenic” or whatever other label is on a foundation, few foundations work for me. I’ve been using the Satin Matte foundation for a few years now, and I love the great natural coverage, the wide variety of shades, the natural ingredients, and that it doesn’t irritate my skin! Oh, and the minerals create a natural SPF. I’ve been in a few situations where I’ve forgotten to put on SPF, but I did have the Satin Matte foundation on. The rest of my body burned, but my face did not! However, I am not happy with the recent product amount changes. Alima should've at least sent an email out to their faithful buyers letting them know about these changes. Many other companies have sent such emails since 2020, and while no one likes prices going up, they definitely would prefer a personal email vs things sneakily being changed.
