I purchased the Patina shade. Initially I found the formula seemed to not stay in place giving me a raccoon look. After using it a few times, this effect did subside and stayed in place. I really like the shade for my green/blue eyes. I wouldn’t say it has a “shimmer” though, so in that regard, the color description is a bit inaccurate in my case.

I purchased the Patina color. The color was not what I expected, a bit darker, and I don't notice a shimmer at all. I do like the color, just not really the color as described, so a bit disappointed. It applies somewhat smooth, there is a bit of a pull though. My issue is that it doesn't stay in place. Within a few hours it is below the lash line and looks terrible. I would not purchase this again.

United StatesJust What I Was Looking For!
I was looking for a taupe-ish eyeliner... something with a very natural look and no shimmer. Though this does have a hint of shimmer, it's so minuscule that it doesn't detract from the natural look I'm going for. I was previously using a different brand that was close in color but had a weird orange tone that looked strange in bright sunlight. This one looks great in all lights. Other reviewers have stated that it comes off too easily but I didn't find that to be the case. It bleeds into the lower lash line a bit when worn on the bottom water line but that's exactly what I want it to do. I love it!
Bring Back Merlot
LOVE this eyeliner. Merlot was my absolute favorite color and I have not found a replacement color match in any other product line... been searching for years since it was discontinued :(
