After placing your Alima Pure order, you will be sent a receipt and order summary via email. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Custom blended foundations can take slightly longer.
Once shipped, you will receive a second email with a delivery confirmation number, if available. 

Domestic Shipping
We use USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation for all shipping within the U.S., it’s territories, Puerto Rico and military addresses. USPS Priority Mail - up to 5 business days for delivery (usually less).

Fees:
For orders under $65, we charge a flat rate of $4.75.
Orders over $65 receive FREE shipping.

International Shipping
International orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail International. Priority Mail generally requires 10 to 14 days for delivery, though customs and shipping delays are possible. Please allow adequate time for receipt of your order. If you have not received your order within 30 days please let us know. The U.S. Postal Service does not offer tracking beyond U.S. borders.

Fees:
Shipping to Canada and Mexico: $8.00 (free over $95.00)
All other International Destinations: $11.00 (free shipping is not available on International orders).

Please note that we are required by law to include accurate customs forms with all international packages. We are unable to declare orders as ‘gifts’, or report incorrect values. Thank you for your understanding.
