After placing your Alima Pure order, you will be sent a receipt and order summary via e-mail. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Custom-blended foundations can take slightly longer.
Once shipped, you will receive a second e-mail with a delivery confirmation number, if available.

Domestic Shipping
We use USPS Priority and First Class Mail with delivery confirmation for all shipping within the U.S., its territories, Puerto Rico and military addresses. USPS Priority Mail – up to 5 business days for delivery (usually less).

Fees:

Priority Mail:
For orders under $65, we charge a flat rate of $5.00.
Orders over $65 receive FREE shipping.

First Class Mail:
For orders under $10 First Class shipping is available for a flat rate of $2.

International Shipping

Please note – we are no longer shipping to The European Union. If you have Alima Pure Points you would like to redeem please contact us for assistance. If you would like to receive our products in Europe please contact Femishop, and they will be happy to assist you.

International orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail International and First Class Mail. Priority Mail generally requires 10-14 days for delivery, though customs and shipping delays are possible. First Class Mail is somewhat slower. Please allow adequate time for receipt of your order. If you have not received your order within 30 days, please let us know. The U.S. Postal Service does not offer tracking beyond U.S. borders.

International Priority Mail:
Shipping to Canada and Mexico: $11.50 ($6.50 for orders over $65.00)
All other international destinations: $13.50 ($8.50 for orders over $65.00).

First Class Mail:
Shipping to Canada and Mexico: $5.00 (for orders under $65)
All other international destinations: $6.00 (for orders under $65)
