After placing your Alima Pure order, you will be sent a receipt and order summary via e-mail. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Custom-blended foundations can take slightly longer.
Once shipped, you will receive a second e-mail with a delivery confirmation number, if available.

Domestic Shipping
We use USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation for all shipping within the U.S., its territories, Puerto Rico and military addresses. USPS Priority Mail - up to 5 business days for delivery (usually less).

Fees:
For orders under $65, we charge a flat rate of $4.75.
Orders over $65 receive FREE shipping.

International Shipping
International orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail International. Priority Mail generally requires 10-14 days for delivery, though customs and shipping delays are possible. Please allow adequate time for receipt of your order. If you have not received your order within 30 days, please let us know. The U.S. Postal Service does not offer tracking beyond U.S. borders.

Fees:
Shipping to Canada and Mexico: $8.00 ($2.75 for orders over $65.00)
All other International Destinations: $11.00 ($6.25 for orders over $65.00).
