Your business is important to us. At Alima Pure, we double-check your order and pack everything carefully prior to shipping. But things do happen on occasion.

If your order arrives damaged or is not correct, please let us know right away. We will be happy to correct the problem.

If something has been damaged during shipping, you may need to return (at our expense) the damaged portion of your order, so that we can resolve the issue with our carrier. Please save all your packaging while we get things sorted out.

Brushes and cosmetics are non-returnable. We suggest trying samples before buying full-sized products. It’s a relatively inexpensive way to try out different colors before making a larger purchase.
