Here is a self-starter of an eyeshadow that works well on its own and plays well with others. For a very fresh look, wear a touch on your inner eye. Or, pair it with a bright color (Meringue on the lower lid - brighter color in the crease). Of course you can wear it just below the brow to open up the eye area or by itself for a clean, refined look.
