Blue is back. Blue is a very optimistic color and we should all do part to make the world a more optimistic place. Start by using a little Azure near your lashes - almost like you'd use an eyeliner (blue is big above and below the eye!) Or rock the "electric blue eye" look and help us bring back some of that 70's happiness!
