3 Wearable Ways to Rock Green Eyeshadow

Satin Matte Foundation in Sage

We thought some inspiration for pulling off green shadow would be good to keep in your back pocket this week--especially if you don’t want to be pinched! We love playing around with color and texture, so we selected three of our favorite green shades of deliciously silky mineral eyeshadow shades.  Read on for a few fresh twists on old looks, and bold ways to rock green.

Satin Matte Eyeshadow in Sage - The Allover Shadow Brush gives you a sheer wash of color across the lid. Layer on more of this buildable pigment for more opaque color, or wear it as a soft minty sheen. For glossy, rich color payoff, mix a few drops of water into the powder and apply to the lid with the flat side of the Concealer Brush. For a bold twist on pastels, use the Ultra-Fine Liner Brush to create striking winged liner.

For a flattering twist, blend Atlantis into the inner corner of the eye, and softly across the lid using the Allover Shadow Brush. Follow with a deeper purple color in the crease and outer portion of the lid, like Luminous Shimmer Eyeshadow in Milan.

Pearluster Eyeshadow in AtlantisLuminous Shimmer Eyeshadow in Maya - The radiant flecks of gold in Maya’s deep, richly green hue bring out the color of your eyes. For a dramatic, but sophisticated look, blend Maya onto the lid and into the crease. Use the Mini Blending Brush to hug the contour of your eye for a sultry wash of color. We also love applying Maya just to the crease, and blending with the Contour Shadow Brush. Pair it with a more neutral shade on the lid and inner corner, like Luminous Shimmer Eyeshadow in Paris or Pearluster Eyeshadow in Breathless.Luminous Shimmer Eye Shadow
