Why your order may be delayed a bit…

If you are at all familiar with Portland, Oregon, you know we are rather infamous for our rain.  We do get some snow during the winter, but most years it is only what you would call a “skiff,” and sometimes up to an inch or so.  Because we don’t get much, the city usually pretty much shuts down when this happens.
